My family has been growing our own veggies for over 5 years, we have even added a small greenhouse to our garden, now we want to add some more variety and are considering vertical gardening so this book is just perfect for what I need, it provides lots of very useful tips perfect for what I need.
I've just read Jennifer Ross' other book about gardening in small spaces, but this is even more appropriate for me. I'm now in a small condo with a couple of patios, just right for container gardening. I've threatened to do this in the past, but with this little book as my guide, I will now actually do it. Being a vegetarian and having access to home-grown greens is a highly desirable and cost-effective technique. I love a garden, yet have never developed my own green thumb and have had to rely on Whole Foods. Now, I can do it myself. Everything I need to know to accomplish this is in this book. I think project will be great fun too to share with my neighborhood kiddies. Thanks, Jennifer!
